What we already know the product is
- A renter-first move-in and move-out walkthrough. An AI guide builds the rooms. You take the photos and write the comments.
- $12.99 once for the app, reports, sending, and signatures. The stores will show the final price.
- Optional cloud storage at $0.99 a month. Without it, an unsubscribed report has a 30-day export window.
- A timestamped PDF whose summary links to each room. It is a record. It is not a court order, not an inspection certificate, and not legal advice.
What this page will not pretend
There is no arbitration clause, no liability cap, and no license grant hiding in this placeholder. Those belong in a real agreement, reviewed before anyone is asked to accept it. Using this website does not create an account or a purchase.
