This page is a stand-in. It is not the policy that will govern RentFrend at launch, and it does not describe a security program we have not published. The real notice will be here before the app is offered on the App Store or Google Play. Last drafted November 8, 2026.
What this website does today
The waitlist form reads an email address in your browser and then forgets it when you leave. It does not send that address to RentFrend, to an email vendor, or to a database. If you want a person to have it, write [email protected].
This site does not run advertising cookies, and it does not sell personal information, because it does not collect any.
What the launch notice will have to cover
- An account, if the app requires one to keep a report.
- Photos, comments, and the timestamped PDF.
- Signatures from the renter and, when they sign, the other side.
- Optional cloud storage at $0.99 a month, and the 30-day export window for a report without that subscription.
- How to ask for a copy or a deletion, and who to email.
Until that notice exists, don’t treat this page as a promise about retention, subprocessors, or where files live.
